Add/Updated: Jan 30, 2012 Beth Fuller Kim got good news and bad news at her appointment with the kidney specialist. Good news is she's lost 10 more pounds and her triglycerides dropped 1/2 from the last visit. The bad news is her kidney function is at 32%-she will need to go on dialysis when it is at 20%.
