The role of church leadership is to assure that the church is ever-faithful in seeking the Lord’s direction and distinctives for its ministry. The essentials for the church are:

• Build a relational ministry (Acts 2:42)
• Communicate Christ clearly (2 Cor. 4:5; Acts 13:32)
• Build a healthy ministry image (Matthew 5:16; Acts 2:47)
• Mobilize a prayer base (1 Thes. 5:17; Romans 12:12)
• Communicate the Word (2 Timothy 3:16; Psalm 119:9-11)
• Participate in World Evangelization (Matthew 28:19;Mark 16:15)
